The Workout

Similar to our HXBX® workouts, HXBXplus® classes are comprised of a warmup, strength piece, conditioning piece, and cool down. Get ready to get into a long term love-hate relationship with barbells, kettlebells, rowers, and pull-up bars to help you add strength, shred body fat, and to get into the best shape of your life. Push yourself to the next level with our mix of weightlifting, gymnastics, and metabolic conditioning.

Competition Driven

Track your workouts based off how long it takes you, how many reps / rounds you can do, or how much weight you move. Using our Sugarwod integration you can see how you improve over time in a more competition-driven manner.
